The Göttingen section of the German Alpine Club e. V. ( DAV Göttingen for short ) is a section of the German Alpine Club . The DAV Göttingen is thus one of the older and with almost 3500 members (as of December 31, 2018) a medium-sized section of the German Alpine Club . It was founded on November 22, 1889.

Weende climbing hall and Spot bouldering room. The Göttingen section also has a mobile climbing wall.
