Self-healing power

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The ability of the body to heal both external and internal injuries or diseases is called self- healing power (also called the healing power of nature ) . The use and intensification of self-healing powers, on which (according to Lohff) ultimately every therapy is based, represents an important aspect of every therapeutic treatment (surgery, radiation, medication, etc.).

The terms spontaneous healing and spontaneous remission are incorrectly used as synonyms. The self-healing power can lead to spontaneous healing or spontaneous remission. Spontaneous healing is also not the same as spontaneous remission. Of healing is when the patient is permanently healthy. If, on the other hand, a tumor remits spontaneously, it can bloom again after a certain time.

The term self-healing is used in technology when leaks become tight again without manual repair, for example
