Semen Linder (born August 22, 1997 ) is a Kazakh weightlifter .

Career

Linder took part in the Asian Youth Championships in 2012. During the doping control , however, he was tested positive for stanozolol and banned by the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) for two years. After his suspension, he was first in the Asian Cup in the class up to 85 kg in 2014. In 2015 he won the silver medal at the Junior Asian Championships. In the same year he took part in the active part of the Asian Championships in Phuket and was fourth in the duel, sixth in the push and won gold in the snatch. Shortly thereafter, he finished third at the IWF Grand Prix.
