The building with the postal address Semlower Straße 16 is a listed building on Semlower Straße in Stralsund .

The four- and- a-half- story , four-axis , eaves-facing plastered building was erected in 1878; a three-axle gabled house, which was destroyed by fire in 1866, previously stood in its place.

The simple facade shows rustication on the ground floor, horizontal window roofs on the first and second floors and, between the floors, cornices .

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 706.
