The two- and -a- half -storey , five-axis , eaves-facing plastered building was built in the second half of the 18th century.

The facade is structured by colossal pilasters. The first floor is highlighted by window frames. The double-leaf front door in the central portal niche dates from the 19th century.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 707.
