Semlower Strasse 36 (Stralsund)
The building with the postal address Semlower Straße 36 is a listed building on Semlower Straße in Stralsund .
The three-storey and five-axis , traufständige stucco building was built in 1830/1840.
The simply designed facade has a cornice band over the ground floor. The coffered front door in the central portal comes from the time the house was built.
On the courtyard side, there is a three-storey Kemladen .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 712.
