Serge Bramly (born January 31, 1949 , Tunis ) is a French writer, director, photographer and art critic .

Serge Bramly is of Jewish origin. He has lived in Paris since he was 10 . He was married to Bettina Rheims , a photographer with provocative, erotic productions. The artistic collaboration between the two continues to this day. Bramly brought Bettina Rheims back to photography, where she succeeded. He also wrote the text of her book Chambre close .
