Sergei Dmitriev
Sergej Dmitrijev (born November 10, 1959 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian politician, member of the Seimas .
Life
After graduating from secondary school in Vilnius in 1976, he studied history and the English language at the Smolensk Pedagogical Institute from 1978 to 1983 and became a teacher . From 1992 to 1993 he continued to study in Moscow at a university. From 1983 to 1984 he served in the Soviet Army. From 2000 to 2004 he was a member of the Seimas , from 2007 to 2011 a member of the Vilnius City Council .
