Sergio Panunzio

Sergio Panunzio (born July 20, 1886 in Molfetta ( BA ), † October 8, 1944 in Rome ) was an Italian university lecturer, lawyer and publicist. He was best known as the theoretician of syndicalism , which after 1922 developed an important part of the fascist political theory.

Origin and education

Panunzio was born into a middle-class family and studied in Naples, where he received his doctorate from the Faculty of Law in 1908 and the Faculty of Philosophy in 1911.
