Serhiy Herbel
Serhiy Mykolajowytsch Herbel ( Ukrainian Сергій Миколайович Гербель ; Russian Сергей Николаевич Гербель , Sergei Nikolayevich Gerbel , * 1856 in the province Saint Petersburg , Russian Empire , † unknown) was a senior official in the Russian Empire, 1902-1903 Deputy Governor, 1903-1904 Governor of the province Kharkov . In 1918 Serhiy Herbel was initially Minister of Food in the Fedir Lysohub government and, after his resignation, he was the last President of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian State (November 14 to December 14, 1918).
