Serhiy Olisarenko
Serhij Olisarenko ( Ukrainian Сергій Олізаренко , English transcription Serhiy Olizarenko; born September 9, 1954 ) is a former Ukrainian obstacle and long distance runner who started for the Soviet Union .
In 1978 he came in 69th place at the World Cross Country Championships in Glasgow and was eliminated at the European Athletics Championships in 1978 in Prague over 3000 m obstacle in the preliminary run.
At the 1980 Olympic Games in Moscow, he had to give up in the semifinals over 3000 m obstacle due to an injury.
In 1979 he married the middle-distance runner and later Olympic champion Nadezhda Muschta .
