The Serra da Penha (in German Felsberg , also called Monte Santa Catarina ) is the local mountain of the Portuguese World Heritage and European Capital of Culture 2012 Guimarães in the north of the country.

The 600 meter high granite mountain is about two kilometers southeast of the historic old town center and can be reached by road and with a ten-minute gondola ride. On the summit plateau is the Santuário da Senhora da Penha , a pilgrimage site planned by the renowned Portuguese architect José Marques da Silva in the 1930s and opened in 1947, the year he died . There are also leisure facilities on the mountain, including riding, mini golf , a mini train for tourists and catering.
