Severin Buchta (born February 14, 1997 in Reutlingen ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Buchta went through the youth teams of SC Freiburg at the beginning of his career . From the U-19 team there, he moved to the second team at Karlsruher SC for the 2016/17 season . There he was initially used primarily as a striker or attacking midfielder. On April 9, 2017 Buchta made his debut in the second Bundesliga for the first team of Karlsruher SC in the 2-0 away defeat against VfB Stuttgart . After the KSC was relegated to the 3rd division, he signed a professional contract valid until 2019 in May 2017. In the 3rd division, however, he was not used and was therefore loaned to the regional division Alemannia Aachen during the winter break of the 2017/18 season until the end of the season.

After the loan expired, the KSC no longer planned with Buchta, so he joined the second team of TSV 1860 Munich . There he played his first game in the Bayernliga Süd against SV Pullach on August 11, 2018. While he was mostly used on the right wing at KSC, Buchta moved further back at 1860 Munich and played the majority of his games as right or left defender. Most recently he was the captain of his team.

For the 2019/20 season, Buchta then joined the newly promoted regional league Türkgücü Munich .
