Sexy Voice and Robo
Sexy Voice and Robo ( Japanese セ ク シ ー ボ イ ス ア ン ド ロ ボ , sekushī boisu ando robo ) is a manga series by the Japanese artist Iō Kuroda . It can be assigned to his genre.

14-year-old Niko Hayashi attends middle school and can change her voice any way she wants. She has given herself the nickname "Sexy Voice" and likes to pretend to be a girl interested in Enjokosai on the phone to research the behavior and voices of the people in the city. When a gangster discovers her, he hires her for various jobs, which she usually does together with the robot toy collector Iichiro Sudo, known as "Robo".
Publications
Sexy Voice and Robo was published in Japan from December 2000 to February 2003 in individual chapters in the alternative manga magazine Ikki . The Shogakukan publishing house also published these individual chapters in two edited volumes.
The manga also appeared in the USA (on Viz ).
Awards
In 2002 Iou Kuroda received the sixth Media Arts Award for Sexy Voice and Robo .
filming
From April 10th to June 19th 2007 a 10-part drama was shown on NTV . Suzuka Ōgo took on the role of Niko and Kenichi Matsuyama the role of Robo .
