The Seyðisfjörður [ sɛɪðɪsfjœrðʏr ] is a fjord in the Westfjords of Iceland .

The fjord is a side fjord of Ísafjarðardjúp , about 2 km wide and extends about 7.5 km into the country. It lies east of Álftafjörðurs and west of Hestfjörðurs . Before 1975 the Súðvíkurvegur led T67from Ísafjörður only to Eyri with the church on the west bank of the fjord. The farm is now the last inhabited in the fjord. The last section of the Djúpvegurs S61 between Eyri and around the Hestfjörður to Hvítanes was not completed until 1975 . Hvítanes is the name of the headland between Hestfjörður and Skötufjörður and the court there. In the land register the fjord was still called Vigrafjörður.
