Shū Kurata ( Japanese 倉田 秋 , Kurata Shū ; born November 26, 1988 in Takatsuki , Osaka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

career

Kurata began playing football in elementary school where he played for FC Falcon, then in middle school for Gamba Osaka Junior Youth and finally in high school with Gamba Osaka Youth. After graduating from school, he was then taken over by the first division club Gamba Osaka, where he made his professional debut on August 11, 2007. In 2010 he was loaned to JEF United Ichihara Chiba and in 2011 to Cerezo Osaka .

Kurata was regularly represented in the U-14 to U-18 selection teams. In 2015, Kurata made his debut for the Japanese men's national soccer team . With this he qualified for the 2015 East Asian Cup .
