Shahade is a city in the Indian state of Maharashtra .

The city is part of the Nandurbar district . Shahade has municipal council status . The city is divided into 24 wards . On the cut-off date of the 2011 census, it had a total of 61,376 inhabitants, of which 31,414 were men and 29,962 women. Hindus form the largest group of the city's population with a share of over 60%, followed by Muslims with over 35%. The literacy rate in 2011 was 86.62%, well above the national average.
