Shahar Zubari ( Hebrew שחר צוברי; * September 1, 1986 in Eilat , Israel ) is an Israeli windsurfer . He is 1.77 m tall.

Shahar Zubari, nicknamed "Shakka", took part in windsurfing competitions at the age of 13. His first sporting success came in 2002 in Cadiz , Spain. At the Summer Olympics in Beijing Shahar Zubari won in the Olympic sport of windsurfing , in the "Neil Pryde" RS: X , for Israel a bronze medal . After Gal Fridman, he is the second Israeli athlete to win a medal in windsurfing at the Olympic Games.
