Shane Mackinlay
Shane Mackinlay (born June 5, 1965 in Brunswick , Australia ) is an Australian clergyman and appointed Roman Catholic Bishop of Sandhurst .
Life
Shane Mackinlay attended Wellington Primary School in Mulgrave and Villa Maria Primary School in Ballarat and St. Patrick's College . In 1983 Mackinlay entered the Corpus Christi seminary and began studying Catholic theology and philosophy at Melbourne College of Divinity . He also graduated from Monash University with a degree in physics . Mackinlay received on 6 September 1991, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On July 23, 2019, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Sandhurst.
