Shantel Twiggs

Shantel Twiggs (* 1972 ) is a former American sprinter .

At the Athletics World Cup in London in 1994 , she came in fifth with the US team in the 4 x 100 meter relay .

In 1995 she was seventh over 100 m at the Pan American Games in Mar del Plata and won the US 4-by-100-meter relay.

She set her personal best over 100 m of 11.49 s in 1994.

In 2004 she was an athletics trainer at the University of Nevada, Reno .
