Sharon M. Collins

Sharon M. Collins (born September 13, 1947 ) is an American sociologist and teaches at the University of Illinois in Chicago .

Collins conducts research in the areas of inequality in the workplace , racial attitude and the impact of affirmative action on the labor market and on systems of social stratification ( stratification ).
