Sheng Ming zaju

Sheng Ming zaju ( Chinese  盛 明 雜劇  /  盛 明 杂剧 , Pinyin Shèng Míng zájù ) is a well-known Chinese collection ( congshu ) of Zaju ( Wade-Giles : tsa-chü; i.e. the pieces of the Zaju theater) from the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). It was compiled by Shen Tai沈 泰. It appeared in two sub-collections ( ji ).

A third collection ( Zaju sanji杂剧 三 集 or Zaju xinbian杂剧 新编) was put together by Zou Shijin邹 式 金 at the end of the Ming and beginning of the Qing Dynasty (1644–1911).
