Sherlock Holmes (film series, 1917)
Sherlock Holmes is a 14-part film series produced in Germany from the years 1917 to 1919.
Hugo Flink took on the role of Sherlock Holmes in two to four films, followed by Ferdinand Bonn in eight to eleven films. Kurt Brenkendorf took over in up to three films . All of them were directed by Carl Heinz Wolff . These films were produced by his company Kowo .
