Shimpei Fukuda ( Japanese 福田 真 平 , Fukuda Shimpei ; born November 22, 1987 in Kanagawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese cyclist .
Shimpei Fukuda began his career in 2007 with the Japanese Continental Team Miyata-Subaru . In his first year there, he was tenth in the Tour de Okinawa . In 2008 he moved to the Bridgestone Anchor team , where he was ninth overall in the Tour de Okinawa. Fukuda has been driving for the Aisan Racing Team since 2010 . In his second year there, he won a stage in the Tour de Kumano .
