Shin'ichirō Takahashi ( Japanese 高橋 真 一郎 , Takahashi Shin'ichirō ; born October 27, 1957 in Hiroshima Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player and coach.

Career

Takahashi learned to play soccer on the school team at Matsunaga High School and the university team at Osaka University of Economics . He signed his first contract in 1980 with Toyo Industries (Mazda). The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . In 1987 he reached the final of the Kaiser Cup . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, the Mazda became Sanfrecce Hiroshima . For the club he completed 90 top division games. At the end of 1993 he ended his career as a football player.
