Shingo Akamine ( Japanese 赤嶺 真 吾 , Akamine Shingo ; born December 8, 1983 in Naha , Okinawa Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Shingo Akamine learned to play soccer on the school team at Kagoshima Jitsugyo High School and on the university team at Komazawa University . He signed his first contract with FC Tokyo in 2006 . The club, which is based in Tokyo Prefecture , played in the highest Japanese league, the J1 League . In 2009 he reached the final of the J. League Cup with the club . Here they won 2-0 against Kawasaki Frontale . From August 2010 to January 2011 he was loaned to Vegalta Sendai . For the first division promoted from Sendai , he completed 15 games in the first division. After the loan he was signed by Sendai. With Sendai he was runner-up in 2012. In 2015 he signed a two-year contract with Gamba Osaka . With the club from Suita he was runner-up in 2015. He was also in the final of the J. League Cup with Gamba in 2015. Here they lost 3-0 against the Kashima Antlers . He won the Emperor's Cup with Gamba 2015. In the final they won 2-1 against the Urawa Red Diamonds . The 2016 season he was loaned to the second division club Fagiano Okayama in Okayama . With the club he played 43 times in the J2 League . After the loan, he was signed by Okayama in 2017.
