Shuangqing

The Shuangqing District ( Chinese  双 清 区 , Pinyin Shuāngqīng Qū ) is a district of the Chinese province of Hunan , which belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Shaoyang . It has an area of ​​137 and 139.6 km² and has a population of around 250,000 (2003). It is the city center and the seat of the Shaoyang city government.
