Security Brigade 74 (Wehrmacht)

The backup brigade 74 was a German infantry brigade of the army in the Second World War under the command of the French military .

The brigade was set up on June 30, 1944 in Montargis in occupied France . During the entire war, the brigade was mainly used in France near Belfort for security tasks. The association was also named Brigade Jesser after its commander and was disbanded after the withdrawal from France in 1944.
