Siegfried Zahn
Siegfried Zahn (born November 22, 1936 in Kurtsdorf , Regenwalde district ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and a former member of the state parliament of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania .
Life
Siegfried Zahn finished high school at the Goethe High School in Schwerin and then studied at the University of Rostock . In 1971 he received his doctorate there with a thesis in the field of animal breeding. He then worked in the agricultural sector, temporarily as head of an agricultural production cooperative and in agricultural research.
politics
Siegfried Zahn had belonged to the DBD since 1953 and joined the CDU after German reunification. In the state election in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in 1990, he received a direct mandate for the state parliament in the constituency of Bad Doberan . In the state parliament he was deputy chairman of the finance committee. From 2004 to 2009 he was a member of the community council of Satow .
