Voice memo function, interface for Siemens car kit

The Siemens S25 is a Dual Band - GSM - mobile telephone of the former mobile phone manufacturer Siemens Mobile . It was originally intended by Siemens for business users and was available on the market from 1999 . It was considered the successor to the S10 as the upper-class cell phone from the German company Siemens AG .

Functions

The S25 was the first Siemens mobile phone to support dual-band GSM. Like its predecessor, the S10, the S25 has a color display. An integrated appointment comparison with Microsoft Outlook expanded the range of functions. The S25 has a voice memo function for voice memos with a length of up to 30 seconds. Text messages can be saved on the SIM card, as can contacts. Alternatively, the internal memory offers space for up to 50 contacts and 50 short messages. In addition to a pocket and currency calculator, four games can be played, including the Minesweeper developed by Microsoft for Siemens and known from Windows .

The S25 also had an infrared interface ( IrDA ).
