The Sierra Leone Airports Authority (SLAA) is the state operator of the public airports and heliports in Sierra Leone, West Africa . The authority is subordinate to the Ministry of Transport and Aviation . The rights and obligations of the SLAA are based on the Airports Authority Act of 1988.
