Sigena

Sigena (also Sigine , Sigina , Sigana , Siguna , Sigaun ) is a female given name that was very often associated with the river names Seine or Sieg from the Latin Sequana . On the other hand, there is probably the connection with the first name Sigune ( Siguni , Siguna ), which has been documented since the 9th century , which is derived as Sigiwina , Siguina or Sigina from the male Germanic name Seguin or Sigiwin .
