Sigitas Urbonas
Sigitas Urbonas (born September 11, 1942 in Pošnia , Alytus Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
After graduating from the Simnas Middle School in 1959 , he graduated in 1965 with a degree in road engineering at the Kauno politechnikos institutas . From 1966 to 1967 he worked in Zarasai as a works manager in road construction . From 1967 to 1980 he was a senior engineer in Prienai . From 1980 to 1994 he was the construction manager in Siberia . From 1995 to 1996 he was mayor of the Prienai district and from 1996 to 2000 a member of the Seimas .
From 1994 he was a member of Tėvynės sąjunga - Lietuvos krikščionys demokratai .
He is married. With his lawyer, Nijolė, he has sons Geraldas and Karolis.
