The Sikorsky S-12 was a Russian military aircraft .

It was a smaller and lighter further development of the S-11 . The performance and the stability could be improved again and so it was the first aircraft developed by Russia that could fly a loop. A series of around 12 machines was built by her, some of which were still in use in the later civil war .
