The silver system is a cave system consisting of the caves Schwyzerschacht, Igloo Shaft , Disco Shaft , Hell Shaft and Julialöchli. The cave system is located in the canton of Schwyz in the municipality of Muotathal in the Silberen (east of the Pragel Pass ). The total length of the cave system is 39,144 meters and the total height difference is 888 meters (as of May 2019).

The research, which has not yet been completed, is carried out today by the AGH (Working Group Hölloch Research). The connections between the individual caves mostly consist of siphons and are reserved for cave divers . Through water coloring it could be proven that the silver system is related to the Hölloch . However, a connection has not yet been discovered.
