Silver Ayoo

Silver Ayoo (born November 26, 1950 ) is a former Ugandan sprinter and hurdler .

At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he was eliminated over 400 m in the preliminary run.

In 1973 he won bronze over the 400 m hurdles at the Africa Games in Lagos .

At the British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch in 1974, he won silver over 400 meters and bronze in the 4-by-400-meter relay . He reached the semifinals over 400 m hurdles.

In 1980 he reached the quarter-finals at the Olympic Games in Moscow over 400 m and was eliminated in the first round of the 4-by-400-meter relay .
