Silvia Hollmann

Silvia Hollmann (born May 13, 1955 in Menden (Sauerland) ) is a former German athlete and Olympian who - starting for the Federal Republic - was successful in the 400-meter hurdles in the 1970s . At the European Championships in 1978 she won the silver medal (55.14 s). At these European Championships she also started in the 4 x 400 meter relay , which reached fifth place (3: 28.0 min).

At the 1976 Olympic Games , she was eliminated in the intermediate run of the 400-meter run.

Silvia Hollmann belonged to the sports club OSC Thier Dortmund . During her competition time she was 1.76 m tall and 64 kg.

Today she is called Silvia Hollmann-Schiek and lives in Dortmund .
