Simmisweiler is a suburb of Waldhausen , a district of Aalen .
Location and transport links
The hamlet of Simmisweiler is located almost six kilometers east of the city center of Aalen on the Härtsfeld plateau in the eastern Swabian Alb . The neighboring hamlet of Bernlohe is about one kilometer to the north-northeast, the village of Waldhausen about three kilometers to the southeast, and the hamlet of Brastelburg a little over a kilometer to the south. The K 3289 connects the place with Bernlohe, the K 3290 with Waldhausen.
About one and a half kilometers to the west is in the forest, which will soon set in, along the Alb eaves at 716 m above sea level.
