Simon Tesfay (born March 15, 1985 in Eritrea ) is an Eritrean long-distance runner who fled to Switzerland in 2004, lives in Uster and competes for the TG Hütten.
With his best time of 1:01:00 h in the International Berlin Half Marathon 2016, he is the third fastest half marathon runner in Switzerland behind Julien Wanders (59:13 min) and Tadesse Abraham (1:00:42 h).
