history

The company was founded as German Brokers AG on November 7, 2012 through a change in legal form from Horst Stelzel GmbH based in Eisenach . The name "German Brokers" came from a securities firm that went bankrupt in 2003. The company's purpose was initially investment brokerage , asset management , proprietary trading and other financial services . After the failure of the business model, the company was reorganized as a trading company in 2016 and the company headquarters relocated to Munich.
