Sirchich de Kis-Zsirai is from the County Trenčín derived Hungarian noble family .

history

Simon Horvath, who was married to Anna Wrschichich, was mentioned as the first member of the family in 1563. After his son was named Trencséni várgróf (Count of Trenčín Castle ), the family quickly gained political prestige. Members of the family married members of the Hungarian nobility such as the Prileszky , Tököly, Sándor , Apponyi , Majthényi and Pomothy .
