Sjarhej Novikau ( Belarusian Сяргей Новікаў ; born November 7, 1989 ) is a former Belarusian road cyclist.

Sjarhej Novikau was third in the 2009 season in the first section of the Memorial Igor Karpenko, and in the Belarusian championship he took third place in the individual time trial of the elite class behind Branislau Samoylau and Andrei Krasilnikau . Shortly afterwards he started the time trial at the U23 European Championships in Belgium, where he finished 45th. In addition, Nowikau won the first stage in Warsaw in 2009 at the Dookoła Mazowsza .

In 2011 Nowikau was national U23 road racing champion and won the silver medal in road racing at the European road championships in the same age group. He finished eighth in the overall ranking of the Baby Giro . The following year he ended his cycling career.
