Skakligaen 2009/10
The 2009/10 season was the fifth season of the Skakligaen and the 48th edition of the Danish team championship in chess .
After the withdrawal of the serial champions Helsinge Skakklub , the top was close this time. It was not until the last round that the decision was made in favor of Århus Skakklub / Skolerne , which defeated the previously leading Skakklubben K41 with 5½: 2½. The Skakklubben Sydøstfyn and Nørresundby Skakklub were promoted from the 1st Division . Both newly promoted players achieved relegation, while the Næstved Skakklub and the Aalborg Skakforening had to relegate . For the reported team squad, see the Skakligaen team squad 2009/10 .
Game dates
The competitions were held on November 7th and 8th, 2009, December 6th, 2009, January 9th, 10th and 31st, 2010, February 21st, 2010, and on March 13th and 14th, 2010. In the first two rounds were Three competitions were held in Århus and two in Valby , in the fourth and fifth round three competitions were played in Århus and two in Græsted . The last two rounds were held centrally in Aalborg , while the third, sixth and seventh rounds were played decentrally at the clubs involved.
