The Evenk's knot is an easy to tie and quick-release knot .

The knot is used by the Evenks in Siberia . Given the prevailing climatic conditions there, the possibility of tying the knot with thick gloves and loosening it again is of enormous importance.

In principle, it is an eight knot laid on slip around a bay .

In the survival scene, the knot used to attach a hammock to a tree trunk is popular.

For example, the end is put through a ring (as in the picture), placed in a bay and an end eight with a slip is tied around the standing part.
