Skinskolten ( Norwegian for bald head or shiny head ) is an ice dome on the Princess Astrid Coast of Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . It rises up in the western part of the Nivlisen .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute gave them descriptive names.
