The Smáratorg Tower (Smáratorg 3) is an office and commercial tower in Kópavogur ( Iceland ) and the fifth tallest structure in Iceland . With a height of 77.6 meters, the tower exceeds the 74.5 m high Hallgrímskirkja , making it the tallest building in Iceland.

The tower planned by the architects ARKÍS and located in the largest shopping center in Iceland, Smáralind , has 20 floors. The office space comprises around 14,400 m², the retail space around 6,000 m². The cost of the building in 2006 was estimated at around 2,317,500,000 Icelandic kronor (around 30.8 million euros).

The tower opened on February 11, 2008.
