The Snønutryggen ( Norwegian for snow peak ridge ) is a wide and icy mountain ridge in Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . In the Mühlig-Hofmann Mountains it rises southeast of the Snønutane .
Norwegian cartographers gave it a descriptive name and mapped it on the basis of surveys and aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
