Sofja Alexandrowna Alexejewa ( Russian Софья Александровна Алексеева ; born December 13, 2003 in Yaroslavl ) is a Russian freestyle skier . She starts in the discipline Aerials (jumping).

Career

Alexejewa started for the first time in December 2017 in Ruka in the European Cup and finished 12th and ninth. At the 2018 Junior World Championships in Minsk , she jumped to 11th place. She made her World Cup debut in January 2019 in Lake Placid , which she finished in eighth place. The following month, she finished sixth at the World Championships in Park City . In the 2019/20 season in Moscow she achieved her first podium finish in the World Cup with third place and 18th place in the Aerials World Cup at the end of the season.
