Solitary Experiments is a German electric - band from Frankfurt (Oder) , which was founded in the 1994th She is under contract with Out of Line Music .
history
The band history began in 1993 with an Amiga 500 and a Kawai K4 synthesizer . Michael Thielemann and Dennis Schober, who met in 1992, experimented with this equipment under the name Plague . Just one year later, in 1994, it was decided to found the Solitary Experiments project .
The first demo tape Risque De Choc Electrique was released in 1996 with the participation of the singer Dana Apitz. Took place in the same year with the song Your flesh , the first official release on the compilation Electronic Future Compilation Vol. 1 . The band gained their first concert experience and programmed other pieces, which in 1998 led to the second demo recording Death In Small Doses .
Then Dana Apitz left the band. For this, the thrust keyboardist Steve Graeber added. This was followed by further releases of individual songs and the formation's first international concert . The increasing popularity of the band finally helped her in 1999 to a contract with the record label Maschinenwelt , which released the debut album Final Approach that same year .
