Natasha Solomons

Natasha Solomons (* 1980 in South London ) is a British author who lives in Dorset .

Solomon's grandparents Paul and Margot Schwarzschild ("Schwartzshield") received a leaflet “While You Are in England” when they immigrated to Harwich in 1936 after they had fled Berlin . Helpful Information and Guidance for Every Refugee ".

Solomons dedicated her first novel about the integration of Jewish refugees into English society to her grandfather PE Shields OBE (1910–2000), who managed to integrate into Great Britain.

Solomons' first work was nominated for the 2010 Galaxy Book Award 'New Writer of the Year'. She and her husband are working on a script for her novel. She is doing her doctorate on 18th century poetry.
